I’m finding it difficult to jump-start my Camino de Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage (which I have declared I would do next year). To be honest, the thought of walking at least 100 kilometers on my own intimidates me. That the Camino de Santiago is IN Spain makes things a little more complicated. I have travelled alone in Spain before, so knowing the difficulty of having to communicate with non-English speakers is not lighting my fire, so to speak. So I look to other pilgrims for inspiration.
