    If you’re headed for Baguio, don’t miss dining at Hillstation Restaurant.  Set in the old ballroom of the newly renovated Casa Vallejo, the fine dining restaurant serves traditional Pinoy comfort food as well as colonial classics. The grand staircase leads down to the old ballroom which was frequented by Baguio socialites back in the day. Today, it serves as the perfect backdrop for a sumptuous breakfast, lunch or dinner.       Hubby and I went for a quick jaunt to Baguio City last weekend. And let me tell you… even if I’ve been to this wonderful city so many times, it never disappoints.  The weather is just perfect  (17-20 degrees celsius) and the vibe is both energetic and welcoming.
