Gear Review: The Lowepro Passport Sling

Sorry if I’ve been a little quiet over the past 2 weeks. I’ve been preparing for my Japan trip and am, in fact, in Tokyo now.

I just wanted to make this quick post because I have a bit of downtime now. I want to tell you about this great bag that I bought for my DSLR yesterday. It’s a sling bag from Lowepro.

At first glance, it looks a bit weird and too avant garde. But I used it today and I’m happy to report that it’s a major change from my bulky Crumpler 5 Million Dollar Home. It’s lightweight, it’s just the right shape, and its removable padding protects my gear– perfect for travelling.

I think I may have made a good deal here. And to think that I didn’t even see the video before I bought the bag. So take a look for yourself, and tell me what you think.

Did you buy it here in the Philippines? Where? How much did you get it for? Thanks! 🙂

Hi Twinkle. I bought the bag in Tokyo. It’s 5, 980 Yen or almost Php3K. 🙂 It’s worth the price because it’s very light but your suff will be safe inside. Plus, fashionable pa. Good luck!
