Sorry for being in such a Christmassy mood but I just can’t help it! I love decorating my home during Christmas season so here are a few photos taken around my house featuring some of my Dapitan finds. 🙂
This is the living room. I had to restrain myself from decorating too much.
I’ve had these faux fruits since forever. The greens are from SM.
A DIY arrangement.
After seeing the short film Rare Exports, I will never look at Father Christmasses the same way again. Damn you Jalmari Helander! (Seriously, I loved the 2 films and can’t wait for the full-length version.)
The maple leaf garland is made from tin. It’s always a challenge putting it up but my efforts get rewarded instantly as soon as I see the garland hanging in place.
My Christmas tree, a one-of-a-kind find. Also, we’re too cheap to buy the 7-foot pine one. 😉
It was tough keeping the cats away from the ornaments. But I can’t blame them. Who can resist these dangling beauties? Especially these wire ones? Just lovely!
It took me a while to find a Belen that I really loved. I was that picky. That’s why I was so glad to have found this, a unique set from Indonesia.
And as an early Christmas gift, here’s a video that we produced featuring the Ateneo Chamber Singers. Just click on the link below. Enjoy!
Pol, what a lovely home! Now how about inviting us for dinner there?! Hehe. I love the tree watching over the books, the Belen, the Christmas balls and the maple leaf garland.
Thanks, Mabes! Naku, every time I invite sina Grace lagi nilang sinasabi kailangan nilang magbaon ng overnight bag haha. Pero sure! Tara lets! Just say when. 🙂
Really pretty 🙂
thanks, wandering lass! it took a lot of work 🙂
